Our process

Clear steps from first enquiry to finished product — so you always know what’s next.

Five steps

From idea to in-hand

We keep communication polite and practical. You’ll approve artwork before we produce — nothing goes out without your say-so.

Enquire

Send item type, quantity, deadline, and any notes via our support desk quote request.

Artwork

Share your logo or design files. We’ll advise on format, size, and what prints or stitches best.

Approve

Review a proof (digital mock-up or sample guidance). Production starts only after you approve.

Produce

We carefully produce your order in our Central Coast workshop using the agreed method.

Pickup / delivery / van

Collect locally, arrange delivery, or book the Promo Van for on-site handover.

Artwork tips

Vector logos (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) work best for embroidery and crisp print. High-resolution PNG/JPG can work for UV print — we’ll let you know if we need a cleaner file.

Timing

Lead times depend on method, quantity, and current workload. Share your deadline early so we can confirm what’s realistic — rush jobs may be possible by arrangement.

Quotes

Quotes are based on item, decoration method, quantity, and artwork complexity. We’re happy to explain options if you’re unsure which finish suits your budget.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you have a minimum order?
Small-batch and one-offs are welcome. Some methods are more cost-effective at higher quantities — we’ll be honest about that when we quote.
Can you help if I only have a logo on my phone?
Yes — send what you have. We may need a higher-quality file for production, and we can guide you on next steps.
Do you ship outside the Central Coast?
Pickup and local delivery are easiest. We can discuss postage or courier for further afield when you enquire.
Is this an online shop?
No — this site showcases what we can make. Orders are by quote so we can get your artwork and quantities right.
한국어로 문의해도 되나요?
네, 간단한 한국어 문의도 환영합니다. 견적과 제작 안내는 주로 영어로 드리며, 필요하면 천천히 도와드리겠습니다. (Yes — brief Korean enquiries are welcome; quotes are usually in English.)
